How to use:
Apple cider vinegar: Dilute 1–2 teaspoons in a glass of water or add to dressings and salads.
Yerba mate tea: 3–4 g per 250 ml of water at 75–85°C, steep for 3–5 minutes, repeat if desired. For cold brew: Steep with ice for 10–15 minutes.
